Water's Edge Resort Rates
Cancellation Policy:
Campsites: To guarantee a campsite, a 50% deposit of the total cost of your reservation is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of reservation date. If the reservation is not cancelled and nobody shows up, the cancellation fee will be equal to the cost of the entire reservation.
Cabins: Your cabin reservation is fully refundable less a $100 processing fee within 48 hours of booking (please call the office to cancel during this period). You may receive a partial refund of 50% if you cancel 30 days or greater from the check-in date of your reservation. The reservation is non-refundable within 30 days of your reservation and you will be charged for the unpaid portion of your stay.
We cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations affecting our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances. No shows will be charged for the full amount of the entire reservation.
Pet Policy:
Quiet domestic pets are welcome if they are not hostile, on a leash and are cleaned up after.
Check-In/Check-out Policy:
Check out time is 11:00AM and check in time is after 3:00PM.
Minimum Stay:
Weekends have a 2-night minimum stay requirement. Holiday Weeks/Weekends have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.
Garbage Policy:
Garbage will be picked up weekly and all guests are responsible for throwing their garbage in the community garbage can located by the rec hall.
